- Is this official Disney merchandise?
- No. Cült Disney is an independent, unofficial, fan-made brand. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company. It's a tribute made by and for adult fans of theme-park culture and gothic art. See our full disclaimer.
- How are the shirts made?
- Every piece is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed or warehoused — when you order, your shirt is printed specifically for you by our printing partner, then shipped directly to you. This keeps the collection limited and reduces waste.
- How long until my order arrives?
- Production takes about 3-5 business days, since each shirt is printed individually. Domestic US delivery then runs 4-7 business days after the order ships. So most orders arrive within about two weeks of purchase. You'll get an email with tracking once it ships.
- How do I check my order status?
- After you order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your order page, where you can see its status any time. You'll get a second email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you can't find either email, reach us through the contact form — include the email address you used to order.
- Can I return or exchange for a different size?
- Unfortunately, no. Because each shirt is made to order specifically for you, it can't be restocked or resold — so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, fit, or change of mind. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
- What if my shirt arrives damaged or wrong?
- We'll make it right. If your order has a manufacturing defect (misprint, flawed material) or you received the wrong item, reach us through the contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you. You can also simply reply to your order confirmation email.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Only if production hasn't started yet — and that window is short, since printing begins soon after you order. If you need to cancel, reach us immediately through the contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email. If the order hasn't entered production, we'll cancel and refund it.
- What sizes do you offer?
- Sizes S through 5XL, unisex relaxed fit, on a heavyweight cotton tee. Each product page has a size guide with chest and length measurements in inches.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Currently we ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping to more countries may come later — join the newsletter to hear when it does.
- How do I get in touch?
